The Catholic Church beautifully supports the vocation of motherhood, but often offers little practical guidance for the day-to-day challenges women face—especially in complex roles like stepmotherhood. When I found myself navigating unexpected trials with no Catholic resources to turn to, I created The Overnight Mom to fill that gap.

Inspired by Our Lady’s fiat, The Overnight Mom exists to empower Catholic women to go from feeling unprepared for the role she has been given to intentionally living her faith in practical, grace-filled ways—sanctifying her home, her heart and those entrusted to her care.

Though we may feel as if motherhood came upon us in an instant, God, like He did with Mary, gently invites us to surrender to His will—transforming our hearts and our lives through daily grace.

I pray that The Overnight Mom will help women be encouraged and inspired to be grounded in prayer, confident in purpose and joyful in the hidden, daily duties of life.
